Grillin’ and Chillin’ (Grades 4+)Mixing the old with the new of outdoor cooking, we'll be using not only the grill but Dutch and box ovens. Learn to cook meals like cinnamon rocks, shish kabobs, corn on the cob, pocket meals and even learn to make homemade ice cream, lemonade and smoothies... grill and chill every day.
Sweet Treats (Grades K-3)We will learn how to bake cupcakes, learn to make candy and learn how to decorate a cake. These are some of the fun things you'll do during this week. Each day will be sweeter than the one before. Join us as we have fun in the kitchen making lots of different desserts. Girls are placed in age-appropriate groups.

(July 12-16) International Cooking (All Grades)Do you love to cook? During international cooking week we'll discover how to make nutritious meals from other countries. We'll learn about setting tables, folding napkins and different cultural customs in the kitchen. Each day we'll cook a meal and sit down to enjoy it together. Come join us to discover food from around the world! Girls are placed in age-appropriate groups.
Sweet Treats, Too (Grades 4+)Learn to make, bake and fill cupcakes and cakes, make your own icing and decorate your cake. Learn to work with fondant. Learn decorating techniques using a piping bag and various tips.
An additional week of Sweet Treats, Too has been added during Week Seven! (August 2-6) Holidays & Parties (Grades 6-10)From a simple birthday party, a murder mystery lunch or a tailgate extravaganza, learn how to pick a theme, plan a party, create the menu and then put it into action!
