100th Anniversary Special
Sign up with a $50 deposit for one or more weeks before January 13, 2012 and receive a 100th anniversary camp t-shirt. You will receive this special edition t-shirt at the camper reunion or you can arrange for pick up after January 31, 2012 by calling the camp administrator at (800) 785-2090, ext. 127.

  • Girls who participate in Le Trec will be bussed from camp to Chariot Riders, Manchester. Parents/guardians who find it more convenient to drop off and/or pick up at Chariot Riders, Manchester may do so, but the cost remains the same.

Did you know your daughter can earn some of her own money to apply to the cost of camp, purchase items at the trading post/camp store, for Girl Scout supplies at our store, as well as our online store? We have an entrepreneurial program that works with our product sale (nuts and cookies) programs.

Special Savings When You Include Day Trips With Additional Activities

  • Sign up for a Day Trip ($55) add on dinner and campfire, total cost:  $65 (a $15 savings)
  • Sign up for a Day Trip ($55) add on dinner, campfire, overnight (get breakfast & lunch the next day) for a total cost of $75 (a $15 savings)
  • Reminder:  parents are responsible for picking up campers at 8:00 pm from the camp

Cookie Credits, Nutty Money, Idividual Girl Funds and Product Sale Advantage (PSA)

If you choose to apply any of these funds to day camp registration:

  • Please be sure to register and pay only your $50.00 deposit per week. 
  • Be sure to submit your certificates to the day camp registrar so they may be applied to your account. (mail to: day camp registrar at 242 Adelphia Road, Farmingdale, NJ  07727) 
  • After the registrar applies your certificate amount to your account you may log on and reconcile your remaining balance if applicable.

Cookie Credits, Nutty Money, and Juliette Funds are accepted at the Trading Post/Camp Store, council shop and online store. The Product Sale Advantage earned by Girl Scouts in 6th through 12th grades can be used for camp leadership programs, including transportation. Contact the camp registrar to make your request.
