To Set Up Your Online Account
- Click on the link to Register Online
- On the left side of the screen, find a grey highlighted prompt, “I DO NOT have an account.” Click.
- Find a prompt that says,
- Click on this link to begin creating your account.
- Required: Adult Primary Contact.
- You may enter information for the Secondary Parent/Guardian.
- Choose a User Name and Password. This information will be emailed to you after completion for future reference.
- You may now continue: Add your children.
- You must add each child individually. Click “Add a New Child to My Account”
- On your Account Detail page, enter the names of the people authorized to pick up your child from camp.
- Click on the “+”next to Authorized Pickups and enter the names.
- Next, enter the names of the people who we may contact if we cannot reach you:
- Click on the + next to Alternate Contacts and enter the names.
- Once you have added all of your members, your account is now set up to register for camp.
To Register for Day Camp
- Log in to your account, using your username and password.
- On the Right side Click “Make New Reservations”
- Then click on Make an individual reservation for:
- Then click on the name of your child you wish to make reservations for
- At this point, it will bring you to a page where you may begin selecting the sessions you’d like your child to attend.
- You may either click on the “info” button on the Right for information about the program, or you may click the “select” button to register for that session.
- Now you will go through the rest of the process for each week of camp for your child, choosing your weekly options and completing all information.
- Each child is registered individually. To complete that child’s registration, you must pay at least a $50 deposit.
- Exception: Horse programs require full payment at the time of registration.
- You may pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard), debit card, or electronic check. If you are choosing the electronic check option, please be sure to have your account information available when you are registering.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming all of the weeks of camp for each of your children. These emails will contain links to documents that you should read carefully. Please follow all instructions as outlined in the documents.
