Camp registration is completed online with our easy-to-use registration software.

It’s simple! You will be able to provide most necessary information online, except for waivers and medical forms related to our horse and Guard Start programs. If you have questions during the registration process, call 732-751-2766. We are happy to help.

Change Fees

A $15 change fee will be charged to camper accounts for each change to a camper’s schedule made after June 19, 2020.


Payments and Medical Information

All outstanding balances, waiver forms, and medical information are due two weeks before a camper’s first day at camp. After this date, a $25 late fee will be applied.



  • Complete refunds are available for all campers through May 1, 2020. A non-refundable $50 cancellation fee will be applied to each week of camp through June 1, 2020.

  • No refunds after June 1, 2020, excluding medical exceptions. Documentation from a licensed medical professional is required and must be submitted to staff for review.

  • A 50% refund will be provided if inclement weather forces camp to close for more than half of a camp week.



​Camp Sacajawea will be in session on weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.,  beginning on Monday, June 22, and ending on Friday, August 28. Extended child care and busing are both available for an additional fee. Prices listed are per week. Please note that in observance of the Independence Day holiday, camp will be closed on Friday, July 3, and the cost for that week will be prorated accordingly.
